Stayed here 1 night. Nice place, clean rooms, very spacious. I didn't like the bed, though. Hard and uncomfortable for me. No continental breakfast, which is always a let down, in any hotel. Average place for an overnight. More

Our room on the 14th floor in the corner had windows along two walls with amazing views of the Notre Dame buildings. We walked to many restaurants that were great and everything was very convenient. More

We had a very good experience. Josh at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, and had a lot of knowledge about the downtown area. Terrible experience. During our two day stay, the elevators failed, room service suddenly closed, the movie rental through the TV didn't work, and there was something very wrong with the plumbing because the toilet was "burping" all night. Stay here only as your last resort. Every guest leaving at the same time we did was angry. More

First you'll notice on the building it's still labeled as a Holiday Inn on the building as well as the rooms. The floor needs to be replaced as well as other parts of the hotel. BEDDING AND MATTRESS more then anything. More

Not a very nice location, but hey, this is south bend. Is all a dump. This hotel is ten minutes from the airport and it took 45 min to get picked up.
