The hotel was very good. All rooms are non-smoking, which we would come to appreciate the next night. Breakfast was decent and ran late in the morning, again unlike the next hotel a day later. However, the pool was very cloudy and unheated. It was so cold as to be completely unusable.

The hotel is located about 15 minutes out of Waterloo on 2 major roads, not far from Hwy 20. Near the John Deere company complex. Very quiet and clean. The front desk gal was very nice & another employee helped me carry my luggage up the stairs, too. I'm sorry I didn't get her name.It was around check in time... More

it was a good price, room, and location to the events i was attending. it is close to the university of Northern iowa and close to shopping and food. i would stay again.
