Very clean room and bathroom. Hotel appears to be fairly new. No breakfast. Only one soap and one shampoo given but im sure they would have given another soap if asked. Pool and hot tub area is nice. Very small workout area. Staff is very friendly.

Check in was a breeze with super friendly front desk help. Our room was very clean, nicely stocked (kitchenette) comfy beds with LOTS of pillows and QUIET. Highly recommended! Close to shopping, restaurants and the University Of Northern Iowa.

No breakfast and limited pantry. Ice was only on the lobby floor. Drink vending machines were empty. Close to Casey's, Target and Walmart. Clean but odd layout and wasted space. Staff was friendly. Didn't use the pool because a young child had gotten sick in it.

My husband is working here in Iowa and so the dog and I are visiting. Driving up the structure is very inviting.
