One of our group left her ipad in the room. Housekeeping looked twice and located it and had it shipped home. Although compensation was offered repeatedly, it was refused. Integrity such as this is a rare find.

Great location and great rooms. We have stayed here 6 times so far this year and always happy with our stay. There is an employee by the name of Levi who is awesome! We enjoy the free happy hour as well as the breakfast. Plan on staying here every time we stay in the city.

Overall facility was beautiful and clean. The open lobby on main floor was noisy due to a wedding but we couldn’t hear anything in the suite we had. I was disappointed that we had to pay internet and parking, that should just be a given that is included in fees.

Fabulous location for baseball weekend at the Iowa Cubs stadium. Amenities in room , the complimentary breakfast &cocktail reception were all great . Would absolutely return if we were to be in the Des Moines area again.

I was greeted as Honors member and asked to wait a second as they had a corner suite available...first time I stayed in corner suite and it was great! Nice breakfast, good service at reception and in the bar later.
