This is a brand now property, built on the site of a crummy old hotel. Friendly Staff, good breakfast, good furnishings, comfy beds, abundant towels. The floor (at leas on the third floor) creaks. Not ok for a new building.

Modern, clean, excellent staff. Definite stay again, without question. Stayed on Nov 9th, front desk help was excellent, room rate for standard dbl queen was $89 at the time. Rooms very clean, attention to detail was noticeable.
