Maintenance man opened my room door and let unregistered guest in my room and enters rooms and takes change and what ever else he wants managers know this and no nothing about it

not only is this place a terrible mess, our vehicles were broken into, the staff and the front desk clerk are rude terrible people. check the sex offender registry for iowa and you will notice that most of the residents of this hotel are on the list. i would never recommend my worst enemy stay in a place like this.... Where do I start? With the parking lot that is in poor condition, the smell inside the hallways and the rooms themselves (smells musty and stale) or the generally unfriendly staff? The one thing that this hotel has going for it is that it is close to the highway.

Our family stayed here due to the convenient location and we were SO disappointed! The staff was unprofessional and most often not even at the front desk, the continental breakfast (what little there was) was unhealthy pre-packaged foods and items weren't re-stocked.
