This is our second stop at this Holiday Inn. It is a lovely facility. The staff is cordial and helpful. The onsite restaurant is convenient and serves great food. The only thing I can complain about is the lack of refrigerators in the room. This is our go to hotel in Des Moines. I recommend it to all.

This is one of the best hotels (if not the BEST) in West Des Moines. Johnny's Italian Steakhouse was delicious, and we had great service. The front desk staff were always friendly and welcoming. Everything in this hotel was so clean. We will definitely be staying again!

We stay here quite often, and the staff is very nice. Some of the rooms could use a little maintance help, but always very clean. We always meet the nicest people that are also staying there. Very friendly and a good location.

Nice big rooms with nice bedding. Great lobby. Awesome Restaurant. No charge for room service and my breakfast was less then $10 including tip. Any other hotel it would have been at least $20. Bar closes too early. Great location. Near interstate. You can walk to the mall, movie theaters, and numerous restaurants.

Been to Des Moines many, many times and this is by far my hotel of choice. Located right off the freeway with access to plenty of shopping and dining via the areas newest retail areas.
