Spa was not working and we were not informed of that when we checked in. Pool was extremely cold, husband wouldn't even get in it. We had to go to the office to get a plunger and had to use it ourselves because young lady at desk said that she was the only one there.

I previously stayed at your hotel for two consecutive weekends. I traveled with a large group from Des Moines. I was very pleased with the room, location and complimentary breakfast.
