We were impressed by the friendly, helpful staff. There was a problem with a Marriott gift card I was using and they went above and beyond to remedy it. This hotel was renovated since our last visit, and WE LOVED IT! The traditional decor has been replaced with cool blues and spring greens. Recently stayed the weekend at Spring Hill Suites and had an overall good stay. The front desk people could not have been nicer at check in. So this is a straight ball down the middle Spring Hill Suites. Clean, well kept. I arrived mid afternoon and my room was ready, overlooking the river.
