Older motel but well kept, with owners who really care and and appreciate your business. The rooms were small but clean with fridge/micro, flat screen TV w/lots of channels to choose from. This is a nice clean little mom and pop motel in a small town. Very clean, comfortable bed, good A/C, standard continental breakfast - not much variety. Overall, a very good value. We travel a lot and I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here on our way to Arizona. They were washing windows as we pulled up! Had a couple plastic chairs outside our door. The bed was comfy. Rooms clean.
