The room was very clean. All amenities function perfectly/ Cathy is pretty much like a "dear old friend," She is most accommodating and my stay there very pleasant. I highly recommend this Motel for anything from stay of a day or 4 weeks. Thanks Cathy, Thom W

St. Francis, KS is a small town with only three motels. The Homesteader is the only one that is decently maintained and clean. The other two are terrible. Couldn't ask for better hospitality in a little town like sainty!! The owner is more than willing to do anything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The room was cozy and comfortable, and yes, it was very clean!!! The motel is older but then you wont find a Ritz Carlton in this little farming community. We stay here... More
