The staff at this hotel was pleasant and very helpful. The rooms are a little aged. Room and bathroom were both clean. The darn drain the in shower was slow and I hate it when that happens. That's a pet peeve of mine. More

After a scheduling snafu at another location, we got bumped to the Hampton which was a sister hotel to where our meeting was being held. We sort of felt like the "red-headed step children" by having our meeting at a nice location, but having to sleep at this Hampton. It was okay, and the staff was super friendly and helpful.... More

The room was nice, but the pool being open until 11:00 for kids was ridiculous. We got stuck with the room right next door, and sleep was impossible before 11:00. Of course this may be more of an issue with parents not "parenting". More

We reserved the last nonsmoking king room. Checked in. The hallway stank of smoke. Our room was a double and reeked of smoke. Went to change rooms. Got the room right next to our original room.
