check in lady was very nice. unfortunately, crept downhill from there. room card had room # written on it. room was less than i expected. generally dirty. not new grime, just years of it. beds were so-so, pillows less than that. only outlets available were those next to the sink and they were so worn the plug would just fall out. after two days i still didnt have the shower figured out. i would stay here again but only after checking other prices. for around $50/night an options but probably would spend $70 on something better. oh, and beware of the parking lot- confusing and focally dangerous

The room itself was older but appeared well cared for mostly. The bathroom door had a lock but it didn't work. One of the dead bolt locks on the entrance door did not lock so I pushed a chair under the handle for security. The chair was cloth covered and Filthy!! There were many people, mostly men, hanging around and off the banisters watching people unload into their rooms or sitting along the walk on the ground listening to music. I literally slept with my handgun under my pillow. I was woken up several times during the night from people yelling to each other. The bedspread appeared clean but when you pulled it down it had hair attached that was not my color or length. There was also some type of bright red liquid all inside the lamp shade and a little on the wall behind it. It looked like some type of candy. The pillows were very nice, the towels were clean, and there was plenty of hot water. I would only stay here out of necessity and never without a huge male or handgun. It's not a place for any small statuted person.

Pros- it is not far from major roadways and resturants, it is budget friendly, allows dogs.
Cons- Everything else. One of the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. I was going to walk away and sleep at a rest area but I could not get my money back.
The poor quality of light in the room hides some but not all dirt. Sorry photos were not better. Coffee machine was dirty, I opened the plastic on a cup and saw hair in it. I WENT TO THE OTHER AND IT WAS WORSE! Shower so bad you need swimshoes to protect feet from bacteria/fungus. I only put my stuff on table, we slept on covers in our coats, we did not take bath or shower. The covers had holes, burns, and slices. We slept 5 hours brushed teeth and finished our drive.

Breakfast consists of coffee, cheerios or cornflakes with no milk, that it it.

I am going to report the to their corporate headquarters because this place is a hazard.
It was bad, really bad. So bad,you can't make this stuff up.

See images.

Safe Travels,
RS

The only pro to this place is that the wifi worked, but other than that, I don't know where to start. First, we reserved a room with one King-sized bed, but was told they don't have them. We walked in and found a pair of used toe nail clippers under the desk. Gross!!!! After these were picked up, there was a toenail on the floor, which jabbed my foot. We had to climb under the desk to turn on the lamp, since there wasn't an on-off switch. One of the double beds rocked back and forth, so we had to squish together as two adults on one double bed. Then, our eyes went directly to the wall, which had dried stains running down it. The shower and bathroom were totally disgusting. The toilet had not been flushed. There were literally remnants from the last guest left behind. The floor had not been swept and we refused to take a shower, due to the nastiness of the bathroom. If this is a Choice hotel, I would suggest choosing another location. It would be better to pay a few more bucks and stay at a nicer, cleaner place. Save yourself from what we saw and went through and avoid this place at all costs!

When there was no vacancy at our usual overnight accomodations (nor anywhere else nearby), took a chance on this motel. Had driven by (and around the motel a few weeks earlier) and noticed peeking in doors of rooms being cleaned that it looked presentable, but worried about noise since it's in the middle of an asphalt parking lot with restaurants and buildings all around on a very busy thoroughfare.

The a/c worked well, both to drown out road noises and parking lot sounds (and a Little League Team spending the night!) and quick cooling. Small, basic bathroom but the room was clean and appeared newly remodeled, nice setup with half wall separating king-size bed from seating area. Fridge, large TV, microwave, hairdryer, and standard toiletries are provided. Minimal continental breakfast included (2 kinds cereals, donuts, juice and coffee). All this for under $45/night senior rate.

Well located, Across road from K-Mart, a Rock-n-Roll Hardees, KFC, Burger King, and behind Arby's, Waffle House, Subway, a Chinese Restaurant, a virtual fast food heaven. Nearby a good size strip mall with major department stores and a movie
theater complex.

Was pleasantly surprised!

The worst motel I've EVER stayed in. Let's just start a list.

Dirty sheets that weren't fitted.
Stained mattress cover so gross can't even describe
Cigarette burns on sheets
Room so stinky could barely stand it.
Seal around door bad enough to see out to the cars in the parking lot.
Could feel cold air coming in from crack in the door.
Carpet filthy.
Television kept losing signal and volume didn't work.

Toilet so loose felt like it would fall over.
Mold behind toilet and all over shower.
Half filled shampoo bottle no new ones.
Third roll of toilet paper.
2 Kleenex tissues in box.
Floor in bathroom dirty.
Toilet wouldn't flush correctly.
Heat and vent in bathroom didn't work.
The vent looked melted.
I could smell smoke and it was supposed to be a non smoking room.

Did I mention this was the second room they gave me...reluctantly.
Would have gone somewhere else but didn't know where else to go and feared I wouldn't get my money back.

Noise was so loud outside it made it difficult to sleep and woke us up early.

Don't even expect a nice continental breakfast...a joke at best. Fruit loops and donuts...hope you're not diabetic.

The manager was clueless. I am submitting this to corporate and doing the best I can to get this awful mess closed down!

It shouldn't matter if you get a discount price...there is still a minimum one can expect while staying in a corporate named hotel. So grossed out and disappointed.

well to start off the room smelled like a gas station urinal, the pillows they used are as hard as month old biscuits. Thinking bout taking a shower, dont unless you enjoy having a full tub of water while you do so. They should rename the place the cochroach hotel since there were more of them in my room then anything else. No clock, no coffee maker, no chance of seeing me there again. Housekeeping was a joke, they would strip your sheets then move on to do the same for all the rooms come back some time later finally make the bed and try to kill the stench of the room will some sort of miracle spray in a squirt bottle. If you have children or a weak immune system I highly recommend that you stay elsewhere, the money you will save on the room you will spend at the doctors.

Stayed here on 8/19/2016 and 8/20/2016. So the lady I dealt w/ initially at the front desk was Kim. Really nice lady. I quoted the $50 price I was quoted prior to coming from out of state, and she corrected me promptly stating it was $56. OK... As I headed to room 217, I was accosted by some contractors, (drunk) who regarded me w/ blatant disdain, assuming I am a Federal Official. I unpacked into my room. The mini-fridge did not work at all, and microwave did not reach only available plugin. The cover that was supposed to be on the light above the sink was on the floor. Checked sheets and the bed closest to door where stained and disgusting. The mini fridge for some reason had some old Ramen Noodles all soggy still in the pack. Room stank tremendously. As I was here for the birth of my 1st Grandchild, I just took note and headed to the hospital. When I returned w/ my 17 yr old son 3 hrs later, accosted by same contractors, more inebriated than before. This time, they mumbled quite a bit about a pedophile Craigslist Fed. Went to room, my son informed me the toilet did not work and Internet spotty as all get up. My son then went to got to Rally's in the same vicinity, he was then accosted by same contractors. We then informed them he is in fact my son and he is a father, myself being a new Grandfather as well. Their tune changed and they proceeded to be drunk. Lady at front desk came out and yelled at myself and my son. Was only going to stay one night but things changed. I checked back in at 10 am. Somehow the room is now the price I had been quoted initially... I went back to room and got my son up. Left for the hospital and returned later. I headed to room but was approached by a house-cleaner telling me I "no pay" very adamantly. I informed her I have my receipt and attempted to open my door (and I know the key-card worked because I used the new card they had given me to wake my son up). I was locked out. I then went to front desk asking why. He then asked if I had paid. I showed him my receipt. He then gave me 2 additional key-cards. As soon I get back to my room, the same housekeeper called me on the room phone telling me I need to pay or get out. At this point I am getting angry. I called the front desk and it was her, so i just hung up. That evening, the drunk contractors were at it again, this time fighting violently. This went on for 2 hours. My towels were not replaced, room not cleaned, and refrigerator issue not addressed. After checking out, I got halfway home and realized I had left a very sentimental shirt w/ MY babies' hand and feet prints on them. I attempted calling, but no answer. I have called today, Monday, and on first call got the SAME housekeeper. I explained what the deal was, not caring about all of this other until this point. She hung up on me and did not answer the phone again after for every attempt. Stay away from these people. This hotel is cheap, and you see why. I will be filing a complaint with Corporate, as well as the Health Dept, and the BBB. And this could have all been avoided if this were a reputable place, and if they had given me my belongings back. I do work in Sales, and am very much connected to fellow travelers. I not only will now NOT recommend this place, I will go out of my way to share what is going on. These people have all of my information, know I had left this obviously sentimental item, and are doing nothing but being rude, obstinate, unprofessional.

The first room was a disaster. The bathroom door and the door frame was cracked. Someone had broken down the door. There was damage to the locking mechanism. Not one of the lights worked.

Asked for a second room. It wasn't much better. The tub did not hold water (kid baths) and the toilet had a fondness for barely flushing. If you have a dog, you're forced into a smoking room, asthma be damned. Felt like I needed a tetanus shot just looking at the place. The stairs were rusted, completely through in some spots. The exit sign was hanging by the wires. Had problems with key cards working.

Overall, a disgusting, smelly place. Oh, and let's not forget the rude staff.
