This is a very clean hotel. We stay here on our trips back and forth to Florida. I would give this hotel a 5 but they do not use quality linens-neither towels nor sheets. Stopped here on the way there and back from Biltmore Estate. Helpful staff and rooms adequate. Rooms not spacious but everything one needed for a brief stay. First night had no TV guide so had to surf.
