We transfered here from reggae village in haad salad, needless to say it was miles and miles better!! With a private beach, clean and tidy and very bright, the food is cheap and tasty I don't understand the previous review but we think it's top notch!! I stayed here with my 2 friends as we couldn't get a room elsewhere as it was all fully booked due to the fullmoon party. Signs everywhere about charges and fines for EVERYTHING!! Overprized!! everywhere in hotel is free internet but there you have to eat first in the restaurant, wifi not included. Beach full with dog[--]. We had a deluxe room. No more room availeble. Bad beds, bad airco,.... and the food was disgusting. Do not go there

Beautifull location, nice accomodation, very helpfull and friendly service, perfect for full moon and other party adventures as you are close to haad rin, but not too close as haad rin is dodge.. Stayed here recently for full moon party. 1. Overpriced, room was terrible, too hot. There is signs everywhere telling you the different charges if you damage something eg. if you happen to sit on the fridge it will cost you 3000baht! Seems they are just looking for something to charge you for.... our TV wasn't working but we wouldnt tell... More

Our fault for not looking it up before we arrived. Staff seemed bored and as if we were a burden to them evn though we were the ONLY people there. Food was TERRIBLE. Asked for a sprite... it was warm. Rooms were like boxes, it has a concentration camp vibe to be honest. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Just come back from 4 night stay on Koh Phangan for Full Moon party. Stayed here as bit away from craziness of Haad Rin. Rooms clean but overpriced considering other places we've stayed in Thailand. Stayed here for the full moon party and was pretty dissapointed. Being scared of not getting accomodation we decided to place ourselves close enough to Haad Rin but away from the full on party and chose this palce at 1250baht a night, booking online.
