Rooms were filthy. Roaches and mold in bathroom. Rude staff. Door lock was broken. Horrible experience. I have seen better pet hotels. And Cleaner pet hotels as well.

The mold made everyone in the group sick, Managment never on scene. Door locks broken to many units. Rooms unmade at checkin. Pool had fecies flooting- managment refused to clean till following weekend! Rates quoted misteriously changed after check-in. Non-smoking rooms smelled strongly of smoke.
