Loved staying in the inn -- Alder gave us the full history of the house when we arrived (I won't spoil it here), and we hung out a lot in the lounge/den/bar area with the 14 foot ceilings, sipping bourbon and chatting. Breakfast was superb. Would definitely go back.

Really nice property; 7 rooms/suites available all with their own bath and several with Jacuzzi tubs. Really diverse choices in room type and several are dog friendly. This was exactly what most folks want when staying at a Bed and Breakfast. We spend two nights at the 1823 Historic Rose Hill Inn in Versailles, KY while visiting friends in Lexington and taking in the Bourbon Trail. I couldn't give the owners, the property and their ever so friendly English Bull Dog, Roxie, a higher recommendation. Everything was perfect and oh so delightful.
