The TVs at the Bar and lounge area are ANCIENT! Horrible, small box TVs with poor screens. The rooms are decorated nicely but the linens and bathrooms are dirty. I do not plan to stay in this hotel again unless improvements are made in the lounge/bar area and better cleaning staff.

Staff hadn't prepared for well advanced notice of arrival. WiFi didn't work, no help from staff; toll free # useless. Bathroom door can't close with toilet lid down. Restaurant hopelessly managed ;long wait for mediocer food at high prices. Worst of all, inadvertant twist of a/c switch set off stench of overheated plastic. Had to air room. Suspect electric problems....
