The overall hotel is nice, but the A/C unit in our room didn't work properly. The auto shut off didn't work right and was putting humidity in our room. The morning front desk staff was very rude to my wife for checking out 5-10 minutes late.

The woman at the front desk was very friendly an courteous. We got a king size bed room which was absolutely amazing and huge! The bed was super soft and comfortable. Arriving tired and grumpy, we were pleased with the inviting manner of our welcome. The quality of the room and pleasing aesthetics helped us relax, unwind and find our way to peaceful slumber. Comfort and quality made for a delightful evening and restful visit so that we departed knowing we would return.

No complaints--this was a long-distance move, and I called the hotel directly to confirm they had parking space for a 26-foot U-haul with a truck in tow.
