Pros: ac worked well, fridge and microwave in room, curtains did not flap with ac blowing and completely covered the window without gaping, non-smoking facility, nice pool, gazebo and picnic tables. This motel was a very nice place on the outside. The initial appearance of the room was clean. The room seemed to be very humid as lots of places are but the humidity never seemed to improve. Prices are reasonable and the property is quiet in the evenings. Room # 48 had extremely firm bed. For those looking for wifi & internet though must look elsewhere. Marksville is a small town and few places besides McD's have wifi.
