Have been a rewards member for Marriott for years and stayed all over the world. Have visited this hotel many times since opening and have seen a rapid spiral downwards for quality, service, cleanliness, and maintenance. I would compare this hotel to a motor lodge or other very low class hotel. Will never stay again. More

Arrived without a booking and room was available.....we had a room type request which was accommodated. Sometimes wary of FI&S's because of highway noise.....our room was facing away and was not an issue. Good room size....including bathroom. The Fairfield Inn was located close to an I-20 Exit and convenient to all of our downtown activities. The staff was exceptional. Everyone was super friendly and helpful; no matter what you needed. Not bad for a "stop-over" while continuing to our destination. The front desk was nice enough to offer us an upgrade, which we accepted. This only meant a little extra room, but it was a nice treat. Will stay again when passing through. More
