Definitely not anything special. Rooms are comfortable, nice bathrooms, OK beds. We were given a non smoking room when we asked for smoking. They just sent ashtrays up. If I were a non smoker wanting a non smoking floor I would be livid if someone next door were smoking! I thought that was terrible. more

Rooms were great, housekeeping was very prompt when asked for more towels! They were at our room in less than 5 minutes. Hotel staff was very, very friendly! Only people that had a little attitude were the check in gals, but overall nothing to worry about! People in Shreveport, Bossier City were beyond nice to my 3 year old daughter.... more
