My stay at the Shreveport Hilton was great. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The food was great in the restaurant and room service. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for a business trip and also put our guests up in the Hilton. Excellent, excellent service! We were able to put our best foot forward and make our guest feel welcome and cared for during their stay at the Hilton. I will be using them for every out of town visitor that comes to visit our company.

The front desk and lost-and-found staffs were very helpful and friendly. I inadvertantly left a computer mouse in the room. Once I called, they went out of their way to ensure that it was located at the front desk for me to pick up. All in all, it was a great stay.

Best of this hotel is only the front desk ladies ,act as if the are the owners (Ava & Brandi) they are fantastic ,I actually said to them that they are too much for this hotel ,on our way out , Rooms dirty ,cheap tile carpet ,bathtub ,no Kleenex in room??Bar don't even try one person to attend all??(Overworked ,underpaid?hum)...
