I stayed here when I had to attend some meetings for business. Everything was pretty much booked up and I was hesitant to stay here, but was surprised when I entered the room. Hate to write 'ugly' things, but this place smelled. The desk clerk was inept, at best. The room smelled badly. The water was brownish. (We were told all city water is that color.....) There were loud people in the pool way past the 10 p.m. cut off. We were traveling and needed to sleep and couldn't. The continental breakfast was....minimal. More

We stayed here to attend a concert in Shreveport so we would not have to drive out of there in AM traffic. It's easy to get to, has a nice Mexican res. on property, Chick Fil A and many others close by and a Wal Mart within easy walking distance ( right next door) . SUPER nice desk staff and... More

We stayed one night here in Monroe, La. The location is good. There are several restaurants nearby. The motel is older, and could definitely use an update/remodel. I have to say it is sort of seedy. We did not have reservations anywhere, as we expected to make it to our location, but could not do so, we were so tired.... More
