The crew there is always availble to help or offer any assistance that you will need. We have children who beg to go every weekend to the campground and our friends who visit once want to come... I can't explain how much I love this campground. The location is perfect whether you're trying to just get away or go out for a weekend or so with the family. There's a lake and a little beach shore with playground, they have bonfires every saturday. They're very happy here and the owners are constantly working to please you and... More

Great place to bring your family and friends. Stumbled upon this great campground several years ago and have returned every year. There is so much to do from horse shoes, basketball, swimming, boat rentals, or just relaxing. The great thing is that it is your choice. They offer up great eats from their pavilion kitchen if you don't feel like... More

My first stay at BALSAM COVE in yrs. Joe and Michelle Letts and Staff were very cordial. We spent four days there and it took me back to my teen yrs. camping with my Mother and Stepfather, lots to do, horse shoes, volleyball, basketball, boat rentals, pontoon rentals, canoe and kayak rentals, all affordable. There is always someone near by... More

Great place for children and meeting new friends ..we enjoy the rentals they have .. We rented a pontoon boat for a half day , noticed that they had kayaks, canoes, and smaller boats with motors for someone that wants to go early and fish down the pond... Don't feel like cooking ? The kitchen makes some really good spaghetti... More

We stayed there two nights, had a water view site. it was fun watching all the folks go in and out with their boats and such. they had a huge bonfire Sat. night which we enjoyed from our site. Be sure not to take the GPS directions that puts you on Violette Rd. Must be an old entrance or something.
