My wife and I have stayed here several times now on our travels through Greenville. The rooms are great and have everything you would want. Spacious rooms with a full kitchen. For the price you cannot go wrong staying here if you are travelling to the Moosehead Lake region of Maine. We will definitely be back!

Great place for long stay or short trip, spacious rooms with kitchenette, swimming pool, volley ball and restaurant and bar next door (Trailside restaurant), and all very affordable $75.00 a night for 2, can't beat it..

Yes, the price was very good at $55 per night for a king size bed. The room smelled very musty.
