I asked for a room near an exit and got the perfect room for me. I was near the ice machine but not so close that the noise bothered me. The room was difficult to get warm, even when I turned the heat as high as it would go. The mattress had a bit of a curve

Stayed overnight here while my daughter visited a local college. Room was clean and contained coffeemaker, small refrigerator, TV and free wi-fi. The heater in the room was noisy and made sleeping difficult without earplugs. The bathroom (toilet and shower) was tiny, and the door opened into it, so we had to squeeze into a corner or the narrow space... More

I was with a group at our ham radio convention and made reservations the day our convention started. I was disappointed I could not get the radio convention rate of $65 per night. Instead I was offered a $98 rate and the room was far-removed from the activities. This was very disappointing.
