As always, a warm welcome upon arrival. First time we had a second floor room, as we booked last minute. Kind of a mini suite. Clean comfortable. Desk staff were always helpful, even giving me a great shortcut that saved half hour to golf course. Raspberries provided a great breakfast. Been going for years and will continue.

Clean rooms, hot showers, big comfy beds! Great location! For the price this was a good fund and we would do it again! The cafe inside was great for breakfast too! Staying on this main road made it easy to go north to Freeport and kennebunk.
