Great location, clean and great family business. The staff was excellent and beach is great. They have an inside pool They have a large parking across the street I will return for sure next year at same time for a sports event. The kids really like Old Orchard Beach.

Directly on the water. The beach is excellent. Water in August was war, beach sand was fantastic. Beach is as nice as any on Cape Cod. Hotel was clean, room was not fantastic but very nice. Great restaurant next door for breakfast. Seating looks out on the water.
