My husband and I have stayed here for 16 winters. During that time we have seen the down-side and the attempts at improval. I have to say, that this year there have been many improvements made. The rooms are being renovated and the total look of the place has been improved. I think they are on the way back....big-time.

Dirty carpets, very smelly pillows, un-ironed and grey sheets-my worst nightmare! Bathroom looks reasonably clean and so does kitchenette but I am reluctant to sleep in the bed! Out of season yes but very untidy grounds and car parking area.

Stayed here apr 12 weekend and had sucha nice time on the beach. I agree with the last review the staff was very helpful. Had a delux balcony room could see part of the ocean from my balcony! I hope to return

We have stayed in more than a few hotels in the area but they lacked 1 thing, personal attention. If you need anything the hotel staff was more than happy to help. I would return to this location and suggest anyone who is in the area to do the same.
