This hotel is really nice for the price . We paid $140 for the night and the room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly also. Old Port is right down the street which has great restaurants and shops.

Public areas are fine but the rooms are substandard. The location is awesome but the place needs to be demolished and rebuilt. Also liked the free parking, but for the price of this room I expected better quality. We ended up moving out after one night.

Just a weekend with a friend type of getaway in Portland. Comfortable accomodations ... friendly staff.... clean rooms. Smoking & non both available. A short walk down into the Downtown & Old Port districts. Never took the car out of the parking garage the whole weekend.

The hotel was good and the service terrific. Every member of the the staff went out of his or her way to make it a great stay. Also a great location, well placed between Portland sights. Thanks for an excellent experirence.

Last year, I stayed here for a weekend on a short business trip. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is on top of things. They are quick to deal with any issues. The cafe is ok for breakfast.
