Easy to find just outside Portland. Rooms clean and ours had a fridge and a microwave which was great for a snack. Staff/Owners very helpful and fresh coffee was good. Free wifi and very quiet. More

This is a place to stay when you want a clean budget place with no frills. It is comfortable & clean and in a great location on route 1. We had a king room and it was pretty big; the bathroom was huge. It is an excellent value and I would stay here again. More

The room (104) smelled clean and the size of the bathroom was a pleasant surprise. The frig was the larger dorm size, although it wasn't used during our stay.
