We had a lovely 3 night stay here for our 6th anniversary and it is one of our favorite of a dozen B&B stays. “great place to stay”

Lovely spot off the beaten path with a view of the harbor. Hosts were very friendly and offered great advice about things to do on Mount Desert Island, very knowledgeable about Acadia National Park and the area. Room was very clean. “Wonderful accommodating hosts”

We found this place by luck. Don Lodge has retired to Southwest Harbor (on the quiet side of Mt Desert Island) and thought he would be bored. So he and Marge opened a B&B. We stayed here one night. The Host Don and his wife Marge are very helpful with information about the area and suggestions as to where to have dinner. Our room was very comfortable.
