“Very clean and comfortable”

I has to do a quick trip up to the area and was impressed with my stay here. Everything looked new and stylish. The room was immaculate and comfortable. The bed and pillows were comfortable, very conducive to a good nights rest. I will be staying again with my family.

We stayed for a weekend in April. It was fantastic. The rooms have been remodeled and look great. IT was very clean. “Good place”

This was a good motel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are on the small side but I made it work. I think it was a Holiday Inn when I stayed there in 1996. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will consider this motel again if I am in the area.

I was very surprised that the rooms were so nice. Recently updated, comfortable bed. Clean. Free full breakfast which was excellent and wifi. Good price from Priceline. Walking distance to restraunts and shopping.

The room was spacious and clean. Refrigerator & microwave a happy bonus! A bit of travelling within the hotel to get to my room but overall a very pleasant stay. The bar offered fun live entertainment.

Two of the staff were so helpful with everything Darlene Raitte and Steve Sinclair were so helpful and made above and beyond effort in any kind of help I needed they made it one if the most pleasant stays of any hotel in all my travels A one in my book

“Simply the Best”

The word Best in the name of Best Western Plus Waterville Grand Hotel is the right name for this hotel. It is clean and comfortable. My favorite place to stay while attending our annual Regional Prayer Conference in Waterville each year. The staff are caring and helpful!!
