We held a small conference at this hotel and it was excellent. The staff helped us meet all our needs for the conference and were very flexible with those needs. The only complaint is parking. There is limited space, but I see that as a big city issue, not a hotel issue.

I stayed at this hotel recently and was very pleased with my stay.I had some appointments at Walter Reed Hospital which is very close to the property.The free breakfast was very good,the only thing I didnt like was that the parking was limited.Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was very good in almost every aspect. The only note I would make is the variety, and perhaps also the quality of some itens, of the breakfast service. Other than that, everything was pretty smooth. I'd go back if ever in town again.

The value of clean room,free breakfast and internet access plus the free shuttle to the NIH was definitely worth every penny I paid at the American Inn. Will definitely chose this hotel when in the area.

Had a business meeting in Bethesda and found this hotel online. Room was clean and location was nice. Justin at the desk was extremley helpful and knew the area and helped with all my questions. internet worked well and was free...which is a plus compared to some of the other hotels Ive stayed at lately.

This is a nice hotel located in Bethesda, MD. Very convienent to NIH and Walter Reed Medical Center. I really enjoyed the free breakfast and free wi-fi offered.

Room 402 needed several mechanical repairs. Liked location so stayed additional night, but in different room. Room 411 was smaller, but had more outlets and better functioning equipment.

We stayed here over the weekend for a wedding in Bethesda. We got a great deal so it was worth the price (although the rack rate seems too high.) Breakfast was included and I enjoyed the hard boiled eggs and yogurt and cereal. Internet was also free. Small room, nothing luxurious but clean and accommodating!
