Every wooden surface was sticky including the floor. Didn't want to walk around without shoes. The room had a very bad problem with ants. Then the cleaning staff didn't speak a lick of English. It made things difficult just for simple communication.

We set our expectations low because of the reviews but were pleasantly surprised. If you need a hotel for a night or two that is inexpensive in College Park, it is more than adequate.
