“Got a free multi-legged roommate”

Upon entering the lobby, I was warmly greeted and received requested information. From there, it was downhill from there. Internet code never worked. Front desk phone was constantly busy. When I needed anything, I had to go downstairs to the lobby. The bed and pillows are the worst. I finally gave up trying to sleep and got up at 3:45am.... More

“Not as cool as it looked on line”

I booked this for an overnight business trip because it was marketed as cool, focused on meeting travelers' needs. Check in was fine. Room was stark, bare and institutional instead of Euro modern. Uninviting. Hard bed, too few pillows. More like a dorm than a hotel. Would not use this hotel chain again.

“Was ok”

I had to find a hotel by the airport on a trip east to west. My flight had been canceled. I think they should have offered guests some type of discount, since they had tons of unexpected business. This would have much appreciated. But the rooms were nice, clean, modern, & I really like they have a free shuttle.

“always convenient”

travel for work and this hotel is great for getting in and out quickly. I appreciate how each room is exactly the same so i don't have to look for anything. It is great that they serve food now at the bar. Hopefully someday you will be able to order from your room.
