We were very pleased with staff, especially evening staff (Glenn @front desk,April 6), he was polite,helpful and thorough will all our concerns. The AM staff (Sunday Apri 7) also were helpful with our day plans to DC.

The location of BEST WESTERN Capital Beltway is very central between Washington DC and Baltimore cities and suburbs. It is also close to BWI airport which is off of route 295. Additionally, because it is close to 495 (Capital Beltway), you can easily head north or south to other cities in sourounding states like Virginia, Delaware or Pennsylvania.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, very accommodating and made sure that we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this to hotel and plan to stay there for future visits to the area.

I stayed here during Inauguration weekend because of its close proximity to New Carrollton Station. It’s the first stop on the orange line. The hotel needs to either be fully remodeled or torn down.
