Didn't really interact with the staff much, but the hotel was clean. Our room was clean and smelled fresh even with an early check in. It also was located right on the boardwalk/Ocean, beautiful view. The pool, which was an indoor pool looked a little merky, so didn't get in. But all in all would stay again.

This hotel has it all - perfect location, perfect view, clean rooms, and a decent restaurant inside for breakfast, etc. Only real downside is that the indoor pool is very/very small, although when we were there they had a band playing to celebrate the holiday - a touch of class! The hotel also seems to have become more expensive lately.

Was what is expected at a Marriott. The beds were nice, but sheets were never changed during our 6 night stay. Maid service was poor, did not even dust off dressers. We ate at the Captains Table restaurant, food was good the wait staff was poor and not enough staff to handle a party of eight at night for dessert... More

This hotel is perfect, great location on the boardwalk. Walking distance to everything OC has to offer. Super clean rooms, as expected from a Marriott hotel. Staff is very friendly and knowledgable. I will be back to this hotel very soon.

Perfect Hotel for us. Right on the board walk. Close to restaurants and bars. The hotel was very clean! Front desk was wonderful. They were always so nice. I believe the girl's name was Evelyn. She was so nice and always made us feel welcomed. Definitely planning on staying here again.

great location quiet spot but near all the action walk to all places bars & eateries da vincis next door nice place check out brass balls pub bad cafe beach is real close so no long walk frot desk was great
