“not what was advertised”

While researching for a place to stay, the rooms would say "partial ocean view", "ocean view" or nothing about an ocean view. Coastal Palms said "ocean view". I assumed it was an actual ocean view, which technically (as the front desk pointed out to us) it was. It was an ocean view as long as you stood in one spot... More

My daughter and I stayed here this past weekend and the hotel was great. The staff was very kind to my little girl. “Good for the price”

Nice hotel. Perfect area to stay. Bad customer support. Tried communicating with them via email and you get the shortest responses ever and they don't even answer every question you have. I still like staying here in June though. Not a loud area like near the boardwalk.

“Nice hotel”

Nice hotel, very clean, wonderful people in the front office. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom. We had a suite and it was nice with a livingroom and the bedroom and 2 flat screen televisions. Microwave and refrigerator. Loved the no tolerance policy on loudness that had to be signed at check in.
