I stayed at this hotel for two nights and Sheraton Rockville quickly became my favorite hotel in DC area. The room and the lobby are super clean and comfortable. The lobby is really well-decorated with fire place and small Bamboos. The room was big enough. The bathroom was a good surprise :) The bed was very comfortable and the linens... more

Stayed here two nights for business in February. It's tough to rate location and value, as that all depends on your personal budget and where you may need to go, so I erred on the side of complimentary for both of those ratings. Aspects of the hotel that were a plus: Check in was speedy and handled with courtesy; request... more

i have stayed at this hotel many times since it opened, as it is convenient for family visits. each stay gets better. the rooms are not huge, but the beds are super comfortable (and i am quite picky about my sleeping comfort), the shades keep the room nice and dark in the morning and i love the wall-mounted flatscreen tv.... more

I love this hotel and I actually convinced my boss to host a training session there, however, I was a little disappointed when I had to stay there myself and found out that there is no back entrance. Imagine someone who carries heavy luggages and parks in the back of the hotel and has to go all the way to... more

Dear hfy200, Based on your comments we are going to start working on plans to make our back entrance available for guests. I definitely understand that carrying your luggage to the front of the building can be an inconvenience. We want you and all of our guests to know that we hear you loud and clear and we are committed...

I was very pleased with the Sheraton Rockville. The hotel is located in the King Farm development and is surrounded by a safe, master planned residential neighborhood. The area had a real "homey" feel to it and was very safe and new. The hotel had free surface parking but it is located very, very close to a very busy highway.... more

Stayed here the weekend of Aug 28 to visit the DC area. Staff was friendly and attentative, no problems checking in or out. Room was nice and clean, the shower was nice. It's not really close to anything you would have to go for a 5-10 min drive to find anything decent to eat. It's relatively close to public transportation... more

Mulitpurpose rest/bar area, which is not always a given at sheratons is open until 11:00 for a quick dinner or drink and then available for site or buffet breakfast by... more

This Sheraton is practically brand new, with very tastefully decorated rooms. The staff was very friendly (no mention of Priceline at check in) and the lobby was well designed. The only drawback to this hotel is its location- it is basically in Gaithersburg- and the drive to DC can be long during rush hour. Al in all, it was an... more

When we arrived, our room wasn't ready yet, so they temporarily checked us into a King room so we could freshen up and leave our luggage while we went out for the day. When we arrived back that evening, our room, with two double beds, was ready for us. They had already checked us in - we just picked up... more

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. Before I went, I did a little research online and was a little apprehensive as to what to expect. Somone had mentioned the toilet keeps running. I experienced that the first night and it got to the point I called the front desk. They didn't have a plumber on site so she... more
