When the staff says, "It's my pleasure," they actually mean it. No staff could have been more accommodating and more personable than this one. This hotel is beautiful. It is quiet and romantic. Staff was not friendly. The girl that checked us in was almost rude. The man that did the bags was really nice. very stuffy hotel. We have stayed in some very nice hotels and this was up at the top but a rude staff really ruins a stay. more
