This was my second stay in as many weekends. Hotel was satisfactory, however with the exception of one extremely nice individual at check in, all the staff could use some tuning up of their "friendliness" skills. Don't get me wrong, they were polite and professional, but warm and welcoming would be really pushing it.

Was in the area for two holiday parties the same day and decided to stay over instead of facing a long drive home. Loved the remodeled lobby and rooms both were very welcoming and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located to a variety of dining and shopping options. Will definitely stay again if in the area.
