Staff was friendly, helpful...room was very clean (like home)...bed was so so comfortable...grandkids loved the pool and blueberry muffins in the morning (breakfast food was wonderful..esp. coffee!!) Clean, freindly staff, decent pool, and fitness center. There are slightly cheaper options in Holyoak though. Also, the hotel only has one elevator. it is the slowest elevator on the planet. We were travelling with a 9 month old baby and the staff were excellent. They were so helpful especially the room staff and the breakfast staff. very well kept hotel. would stay/work again. breakfast items need to be fresher. Eggs were stale and tasted like powder. my associates sadi muffins and pastries were stale also. all other times were . and lobby where well kept, room was clean and personnel note from cleaning staff was a plus.. will gladly stay there again.
