Our family of 6 had a chance to taste the islands relaxed athmosphere while enjoying the warming hospitality of Gail and Don. “Wonderful stay at Summersweet”

We have had in August a wonderful stay in Summersweet BB. The house is charming and the place so quiet in the woods of Chilmark. But also close from everywhere, Menemsha, Oak bluffs, Edgartown, airport and so. After a second stay at the Summersweet, I can most strongly recommend it especially for those who like the quiet end of Martha's Vineyard. “Wonderful B & B!”

This is a very special place to stay. Our hosts, Gail and Don, were personable and accomodating. Our room was large and sunny with a very comfortable bed and the softest linens. It had a private bath with shower. Passes were provided for two of the most beautiful private beaches on the island...Lucy Vincent and Squibnocket. Restaurant recommendations were great.... More
