I booked two rooms online via Expedia in February for our holiday to the U.S in August. I primarily booked this hotel because of the proximity to Boston, price and mainly the lovely swimming-pool which was shown on the web-site which my 9 year old daughter was really looking forward to using especially as it was so hot. On arrival... More

We booked online before our trip. Do not believe the pictures on the Days Inn website. When we first drove into the parking lot we saw running and screaming kids. As it turns out there are atleast ten welfare funded famiies living there. The rooms were small and smelled of cigarette smoke. There were people looking in our windows, we... More

Never ever stay here under any circumstances. I booked this hell hole for my wife and myself plus my parents for a vacation trip to Salem. We soon found out why our price deal was non-refundable. First of all, it isn't a hotel, it's government welfare housing with a Days Inn sign outside it. When we drove in, the first... More

Didn't even have a chance to stay here..THANK GOD!! After seeing the building u wouldnt want to either..1st sight you see, are all of the filthy, blood-sucking government welfare cases LIVING there & standing around w their 50+kids...should have been our first clue that it wouldnt be a good idea to even ask for a room, but after driving hours... Do not stay here! The web site pics definitely need updated. We booked and prepaid for 2 nights with the hopes of relaxing by the pool our first day after a 9 hour drive. Pool! The pool was covered and over grown the were 2 shady men hanging outside the fenced in area. The parking lot was full of trash.... More

If you are driving south on Rt 128 heading towards Boston and you see a giant mushroom cloud appear over the horizon keep on driving towards the cloud. Entered the Motel adjacent to the "dinning" area, calling it messy would be an understatement. Narrow staircase is the only access to second floor, after entering the room the duration of our... As far as hotels go, this one is ghastly. The bathroom and sheets were clean, as they should be at any hotel, but that is about all that was positive. It would appear this hotel has suffered from indifferent and neglectful management for some time. As prior reviews report, it appears that families are housed here and a school bus... More

First off the place is incredibly run down......peeling wall paper brokkn tile, unsittably stained chairs, etc......second thing...half the hotel seems to be used as welfare housing.....yes people need a place to live but tell people before they book for a vacation stay......third....no pool and seems there hasn't been and won't be for a long time......no surprise this place is hidden... Literally. The school bus picked up the kids here. This hotel is occupied by welfare families put up on government assistance. The rooms are small and dingy feeling. The doors open to the parking lot which is filled with kids running around all hours and adults hanging around. The bed sagged almost to the floor. The curtains didn't close completely... More

Upon arrival, the first thing you see is a horribly dirty parking lot with broken down cars. The office contained several individuals who appeared to have nothing better to do than sit around and shoot the breeze with the office attendant. There were several kids running rampant through the parking lot throwing objects and their bikes down to scurry into... More
