Stayed here with a tour party from the UK. I thought the rooms weren't bad, everything clean enough so "housekeeping" are doing their job. Breakfast is fine so the staff there are doing theirs too. Hotel staff does not follow the do not disturb door hanger rules, which is disappointing if you have confidential items out. Showers were a little cold at 7am, to many rooms to supply. Otherwise its a standard hotel but prob. Not worth the high rates!

I have been in this place three times. I was booked here by my client. I had no saying. And I don't think they ever stayed here. On all three times I checked in, I have asked to be moved from the original room. One room smelled terrible, the second had a heating unit that sounded like a MAC truck!... More

Our stay was 4/5/13. The front desk staff were very friendly. Got to our room and it was recently renovated with nice finishes, a flat screen TV, free wifi and very clean. Staff was great, but that was it. My room had almost no water pressure, no bath mat, couldn't adjust the room temperature, hwlf the lamps didn't work and TV worked only half the time. The breakfast restaurant was good, but a little to pricey for someone staying at the hotel.

Date of stay-02/08/13 Stayed at this hotel during the blizzard in the Boston area. Hotel lost power a few hours after check in. Solid hotel for the money. Rooms are clean decently appointed; comfortable beds, nice TV's, etc... Not much to look at but located close to everything you might need from drug store to wide range of restaurants to nice shopping. And easy on/off from Rt 128.
