The Tides is just outside of downtown Falmouth, you couldn't ask for a better location - and right on the ocean. The hotel is next to a dock so if you have a boat, you can launch a little way away and then tie up next to the hotel which was a great feature for our group. A nice path... More

Stayed at this oceanside motel that is "Old Cape Cod" at its best! Close to ferry and dining spots. Clean and relaxing, and right on the beach. Fall asleep listening to the ocean waves. This family operated motel is everything your looking for if you just want to relax by the water.

Our family has been staying at the Tides for 20 years. You cannot beat the location if you enjoy hearing the waves crash outside your sliding glass door. Dean, the owner, is very accommodating and keeps the rooms very clean! I highly recommend staying at The Tides! We will be back in August for a family reunion!
