The inn's Main House (c. 1888) is a Victorian with 10 guest rooms. The Carriage House, circa 1889, is decorated in a country primitive style. Two of the suites in the Carriage House each offer full kitchens, perfect for long-term guests. The MacDonald House, a private family home built in 1777, has 10 guest rooms, each decorated in the Colonial style. All rooms are strictly non-smoking, have private bathrooms, cable television, and air conditioning. Many of our rooms feature fireplaces, whirlpool tubs, mini-bars and/or decks to offer you year-round comfort. The inn has a private pub for houseguests only. “Good choice overall”

Old Victorian, quaint/charming. Warm/friendly atmosphere. employees very accommodating. Breakfast was Excellent!!. Whirlpool tub. comfortable, water hot; unfortunately jets need some fixing. All things considered, a definite winner.

We stayed at the Cornell Inn for two nights. On arrival we were upgraded to "Frances" which is a large room in the main building which was built in 1888. You have to see that place, you have to feel the atmosphere, you have to taste their breakfast! I'm not able to describe all of these. It was prefect stay at wonderful place! I hope we will come soon again.

Decent accommodations... Great breakfast buffet. Food was pleasantly surprising! Good location - close to shops & Lenox center. Grounds and gardening could be improved with flowers etc. Add some greenery & flowers and dust a bit this place could be great

“Dark and Cold Room”

I didn't like the room and the bathroom. It was so cold and the heating was very noisy, impossible to use. The personnel is very nice and the breakfast rich for this kind of B&B. For one night it's OK. More suitable for young people who don't care about the comfort.
