Welcoming. Clean with large rooms excellent breakfast and server very helpful. Location very central and easy walking distance from Mass MoCA and the restaurants and shops locally. As it was a cold weekend we had to use the heater in the room which proved quite noisy although efficient. Would stay again when revisiting the a tea. Good value.

Stayed 2 nights here and were very pleased. The room is very spacious and very clean. The only bummer was a lack of lighting in the bathroom, which made for a very dark shower. The staff was super friendly and the hotel was easy to get to and centrally located. I would gladly stay at this location again.
